Generally speaking, Todd’s a pretty nice guy, but this didn’t protect him from a couple of cruel girls who’d regularly beat him up simply because they saw him as an easy punching bag.

Today they took things especially far, landing him in the hospital. Though no bones were broken, he went into shock from all the pain, waking up a few hours later in a hospital bed, with his body completely numb and immobile.

“Who could have hurt such a cute boy?” Todd heard a woman say to herself. As his vision cleared up, the lady’s form was made a bit more clear. Looking down at him was a rather large young lady wearing a nurse outfit that seemed to be a few sizes too small for her. Eventually she noticed that he woke up.

“Oh my! You’re up!” the nurse said with shock, a bit embarrassed that he could have heard her doting over him. She then decided to introduce herself, “Anyways I’m Anna, I’m kinda just here to look after you!”

With his body completely numb, Todd was unable to respond with anything but a few weak moans.

“Oh right, you’re on that numbing medicine thingy! Well, I already know your name and stuff anyways.” Anna said, showing how clueless she actually was when it came to medical information. For her, it was kind of a miracle that she managed to even become a nurse at all.

“Well, since you’re awake, I guess I should inform the doctor or something.” Anna said as she turned around and bent forward to reach into her purse, pressing her large rear up against Todd’s face. Though most of Todd’s senses were numbed, his sense of smell was completely intact, and the faint stench of the fat nurse’s ass quickly made its way into his nose. He tried to let her know about her position, but his weak groans weren’t getting any message across.

“Darn it! Where did I put my phone?” Anna said as she continued digging through her purse, rubbing her ass onto Todd’s face a bit as she searched for her misplaced cell phone. Still looking for her phone, Anna carelessly farted onto Todd’s face as if she forgot he was behind her. With his body immobile however, Todd couldn’t move from his spot, couldn’t cover his nose, and couldn’t even let her know that she just farted on his face. All he could do is lay there and suffer from the awful stench as tears filled his eyes.

“Ugh, forget about the stupid phone anyways! I’ll just tell the doctor later or something.” Anna said as she gave up searching for her phone, instinctively deciding to sit down onto the hospital bed, unintentionally sitting her bare and smelly ass directly onto Todd’s face.

“Whoopsies!” Anna said innocently as she sat onto the small boy’s face, “Although, your soft face feels pretty nice under my booty. You wouldn’t mind if I sat on it a bit longer, would you?”

With his face trapped under her heavy rear and his entire body numb, Todd had no way to object to her proposal apart from some weak moans. Anna apparently forgot about his current condition, taking his lack of struggles as an approval and assuming that his moans were made out of pleasure.

What she didn’t know was that his sense of smell was completely unaffected, so Todd was stuck taking the full force of her smelly gas without any way of breaking free. He couldn’t push her away, he couldn’t struggle, he couldn’t even scream. Instead, he was trapped under the oblivious nurse as she unknowingly tormented him with her farts, and all he could do is cry.

As the day continued, Anna continued farting on poor Todd’s face without a care in the world, simply watching her show on the hospital room’s TV as she gassed out his nose, blissfully ignorant to his suffering. After a few hours, her gas ended up dying down, so she decided that she’d get off of his face. Looking down at Todd’s face, Anna noticed that Todd passed out under her gassy rear.

“Aw sweety, all tuckered out?” Anna asked as she looked at the unconscious boy’s face and brushed her hand up against his cheek, “I suppose we’ve had enough fun for today anyways, hehe.”

“Oh my! We’ve been having so much fun together that I’ve completely lost track of the time! Well I hope I’ll get to see you again later, Toddy!” Anna said as she blew a kiss towards Todd and left the room, hoping to see her newfound love again someday.

A few hours later, Todd woke up and wanted to make sure that he’d finish his appointment as fast as possible, completely traumatized by what happened between him and Anna. As soon as he got home, he immediately tried to wash off his face, desperately trying to get the smell of Anna’s ass off of him.

With the memories of Anna’s carelessness fresh in his mind, all Todd could do is pray that he’d never run into someone as oblivious as her again, but with how cruel the world always was to him, he had his doubts that he would never run into her again.
